Learn to skate!
This program is for children ages 4 to 8 years old who are new to ice skating. This will be a learn to skate program with the goal of increasing skating ability to start playing hockey! There will be options to roll into our 6u and 8u hockey season at the completion of the learn to skate program.
Participants are required to have ice skates as well as a hockey helmet, hockey shin guards and hockey pants to participate. Any additional hockey attire such as hockey gloves and shoulder pads are encouraged, but not required. Hockey sticks are not needed during this program! Participants will receive a jersey and socks from the league.

This program has is for ages 4 to 8 years old.
Where
Learn to skate will be held at the Bethlehem YMCA.
When
Learn to skate will be on the ice with our 6u hockey program. They will split the ice and participate in similar skills and drills on half of the ice with a dedicated set of coaches and instructors. Athletes will mix into the skills drills with our hockey players as their abilities progress.
